Car Wal is looking to expand their business in an increasingly competitive market niche. DC was approached by Car Wal to enhance their internet presence and assist in developing an on-line marketing campaign that would Deliver Customers to their business.
Car Wal Door Systems is a privately owned company that has been operating since 1973 as an installer of residential garage doors and related products. The focus has been on new home construction, commercial and retail customers. The company has 3 locations servicing over 20 communities in Southwestern Ontario.
Improve Internet Presence:
DC worked with Car Wal staff to revise website content to focus on key growth segments for the company. DC completed a search engine optimization process in order to improve the site’s search rankings for those key market segments. DC installed systems to generate on-going reporting of website visits and visitors. DC provided on-going assistance to continue to improve Car Wal’s internet profile by tweaking website content and search engine management based on web reporting and customer feedback.
Increased website traffic by 10 times within 60 days of implementation.
DC worked with Car Wal staff to develop a pay per click on-line marketing campaign in order to drive even more customers to the company. DC designed and launched several “landing pages” which drove potential customers to the site, or caused them to send direct enquiries to Car Wal. DC implemented a toll free number to further enhance customer access and monitor effectiveness of the internet marketing campaign.
Web generated leads (phone calls and direct enquiries) have increased to over 250 per month within 6 months of launching DC Level 2 activities. Web traffic has doubled from time Level 2 was implemented.
Car Wal’s business grew during 2009 and 2010 despite a deep recession and a significant reduction in new housing starts in markets served by Car Wal.
